And, the snowman still stands!! I cannot believe it! The little "baby" one fell a couple days ago, but the big one is somehow still standing. Guess the mitten out on the branch is balancing it all out! I think tomorrow will be the day it tumbles, but we'll see. Rachel and Eli still talk about the picture they want to take when it finally falls... with them by it frowning. Too funny! : )
Eli and I had fun with chalk today. LOVE this weather! He also hit some golf balls around, we went for a walk, hit some baseballs and I tackled the lovely job of picking up Maggie's treasures! Not fun, but mostly done... yuck is all I have to say!
[this picture includes a lot... for sale sign (with "new price" addition), snowman about to tip over, "smile" chalk drawing, American flag blowing in the wind (love that) and Maggie]
[thought this was a neat picture]
[remnants of the plastic carrot nose from our snowman that I found on the side of the house - "naughty maggie"]
[spring is coming!]

I found the list that Rachel wrote as she was preparing for her sleepover with Aunt Christy and had to share.
I think most of it is readable, but just incase it's not... here's the translation. It's fun to see her writing skills progressing. Some of the words just make me laugh - it's so cute! It really makes me realize how messed up our language is! : )

ReplyDeleteOMG that's so cute I love her list! I started a list for the hospital so I might have to look at it again and put my "sparles hair bands" on there. ;-) Oh and a balloon too.
