Usually I don't post about myself, but this is an exception. I completed a half marathon with a friend last Sunday. We had a great time and the weather was beautiful! I was happy with my time. Not my best, but I was okay with it. My goal is always to try not to walk... so, I met my goal. ;)
Here is a map I pulled up when we were trying to find the place to pick up our race packets the day before the run. Boy was that fun... okay, maybe not. I'm not a big fan of driving downtown and that we did. We were on lower Wacker Ave and everything. Good memories... that's for sure! : ) We did get our race packets with 15 minutes left until the deadline ~ whew!

After the run we just took our time and walked around. We got coffee on Michigan Ave and ended up walking back to our hotel. We figure we ran and walked probably close to 20 miles that morning! It was so much fun though... yeah, I don't get out much. ; )

[I polished Rachel and Kate's nails the other day. They were very excited, very still and happy when they were done. Love their little nails - so cute!]
[Kate in her pooping spot... ugh. I feel she'll never be potty trained. I'm not pushing her at all though. But, might have to start soon. She needs to be potty trained before going to preschool in August... no pressure.]
[Here is a flower that Eli pulled off my hanging basket. No stem, so I put in a bowl. It's lasting so long - love it, even though I was a bit upset when I saw him do it. ;)]
