The big kids played well together as always and Sheri and I got to chat a bit in-between needing to feed babies and entertain. Always nice to have them here. Even if we don't talk all that much about anything (it's so hard to have a deep conversation with so many distractions)... it's just nice to have the company.
We tried taking a few more pictures of Nevie. We had the opportunity for about one pose. Kate wanted her picture taken, too - and I also took just a couple of Nate. I love taking pictures and one of these days I should really consider taking a class or even looking more online about how to do more stuff. Maybe that can be my hobby once my kids are all a little more self-sufficient. I struggle with finding out what my interests are and always have. Never knew what I wanted to do when I grew up... and still feel that way. I LOVE being a mom, but other than that... not sure. I guess time will tell - I mean, I'm only 34, right?! haha!

Sheri got Nevie to sleep while in her blanket. We didn't want to disturb her and take her blanket off, so we just laid her down with the blanket still on. Would have been cuter without blanket, but she was so comfy we didn't want to take the chance of waking her. Maybe next time.

My mom brought my grandparents over yesterday after work, too. It was the first time they've seen Nevie... they were so excited to meet her!! My dad also came over. It was nice to have the company yesterday afternoon and evening. Love visitors!

My parents planned to take Sheri's kids for the night last night and, of course, my kids were also interested. My parents didn't mind, so they had a little cousin sleepover. Thanks mom and dad! My parents forgot their camera yesterday and my dad came over around 8:30pm to get it. Mike was golfing and Kate and Nate were both in bed already. I mentioned to him that our house hasn't been this quiet at 8:30pm in a long time. He made a comment that it's pretty loud at their house. Yeah, I bet it was!! : )

I'm sitting here trying to be as quiet as possible so miss Kate doesn't wake up. Not sure what I'll do after finishing this post. She's been up so late lately, getting up earlier than normal and not taking long naps. I'm hoping she catches up on some sleep this morning. Guess I'll just refill my coffee and turn on the tv for a bit... but, wait, I suppose folding wash isn't loud - darn.
