Ella slept over on Sunday and Abby and Ryan were also here much of the day. The kids all played together so well and had a lot of fun. We all took a walk to look for caterpillars, but no luck. The kids had fun looking though.

Ella was here much of the day on Monday and Blake also came over. The kids have so much fun playing together and never seem to get sick of each other... which is great! Having friends over helps keep my kids occupied. I don't mind it at all!! : )
Little Farmer
Today we went to the Little Farmer for the first time this season. I've never been there this early. Usually we just go in Fall. It was a lot of fun. Not busy at all! The kids played, fed the goats, played and played. We/I also ate carmel apples! Got one for Eli and Rachel and I ended up eating two. I knew Rachel wouldn't have more than a slice of apple. I thought Eli would have eaten more, but I wasn't complaining. : )

Big day for Nate
First... he was finally in a big boy car seat! Another reason was that he also finally wore tennis shoes! I have only put shoes on him a handful of times and today was his first full day in tennis shoes! He looks so much older! He also looks way too big for the infant car seat with shoes on, which is why I decided today was the day to make the switch. He was definitely very close to the height and weight limit, too. I was waiting until as last as possible to switch him, because it means making new arrangements when shopping.
Usually I put Nate in the back in his infant seat and Kate in the top part. Nate is still not very stable in the top part, so we ended up taking the umbrella stroller in. Eli pushed it while I pushed Kate in the cart. Worked out just fine. Another option (when we don't have a lot to buy) will be to put Nate in the top, buckled tight so he doesn't tip, and have Kate sit in the back. Who knows... we'll have to try and see how it goes.
Tonight was bath night for everyone. Here are a couple pictures I took of Nate. Not very clear, but you can still see his bright smile and crazy hair!!
