We had the Hoffman's over on Memorial Day... always fun to hang out with them. Can't believe how big Evie is getting! She's so cute and has the best blue eyes!!!

Kate ~ First band-aid of the season
Kate got her first skinned-knee of the season today. She was very good about it. She cried for a second and then I asked if she wanted a band-aid and she stopped immediately and said with excitement "yeah!" So, all was good. I think she will be as tough as she looks. ; )
[everything about her screams tough... not sure if it's the cheeks, hair, jean shorts or what. although she looks tough even in a fancy skirt... oh well! ; )]

And, Kate and Nate both got a short ride on my shoulders. Nate wasn't sure about it and we had to talk Kate into thinking it was fun. ; )
