There were a couple deer in the yard across the street and we thought it was pretty neat! The neighbors are all probably so used to it, so they were probably looking out their windows wondering why I was taking pictures. But, I thought it was so neat! Here are a few pictures I got.
Kate: Stepping on Ants
We were outside this afternoon and Kate was trying to step on ants. Sad maybe, but I found it cute and had to get on video.
Maggie's Check-up
Maggie had a check-up today. She was due for a vaccination and a couple tests for heart worm, etc. All went well. But, as I was anticipating... I was told she needs to lose some weight. We've been noticing her getting pretty thick, but she is just so lazy. So, the vet recommended giving her a little less food and to give her more exercise. So, she's going to be walking with us to the bus stop to get Rachel every day it's nice out. She weighs 123 pounds and they want her closer to 110 pounds. That's going to be a challenge, but we can do it! The last thing we want is for her health to be in jeopardy.
Kate: "Upstairs" and "Downstairs"
Then tonight we finally got Kate's pronunciation of upstairs and downstairs. Not even sure how to try to spell how she says it. She has a lot of extra consonants at the end though. Love it!!
