more reasons to smile...

So, it's been awhile.  When this happens I simply take some pictures off my phone and post them with a few comments.  Nice and simple and then I can feel caught up. :)

[Nate carried his pumpkin around for several days after Halloween… usually with just one piece of candy in it.  He'd ask me about 15 times a day if he could eat it and I'd always say "no."  He'd accept it, put the candy back in his pumpkin and carry it around more.]

[Kate went trick-or-treating around campus at school on Halloween… she got to paint her own face, too.]

I went shopping with my mom and sister ALL last weekend.  We left at 6:15am on Saturday and returned at about 9pm on Sunday… we literally shopped the entire weekend!

[Rachel had her first basketball practice this week… she really enjoys playing basketball.  Eli is also playing basketball now, but no pictures to share.]

[Good thing I had a back-up at home!]

[Our power was out the other morning… made for a different morning.  I gave myself a pat on the back for knowing where flashlights were!  I can usually never find them when needed. :)]
