Nani, Thanksgiving, basement, basketball...

We had a great Thanksgiving with family.  Didn't take many pictures.  Only have this one of my grandma and most of her great-grandchildren.  Missing just a couple.

We made these turkeys for Thanksgiving.  They aren't the best, but the kids thought they were cute.  My intention was to have them help me, but they were hard to do… so I ended up doing them.  The kids definitely had fun eating them. :)

On Friday Eli had a scrimmage.  Was so fun to watch!

Mike got more firewood from his parents' and this is how they made the unloading job easier.  The kids got a kick out of his truck in our backyard!

Movie night… tired kids!

Today has been exceptionally loud and Eli came up with a great idea… nobody can talk unless their hand is raised and I call on them.  Perfect!!

And, basement progress… it's getting there.  All ready for paint this week.  We can't wait! :)

And, finally, my Nani passed away yesterday… she is definitely in a better place now and feeling no pain.  But, still never easy.  Especially, thinking of my dad and his family during this difficult time. <3

Keep smiling… even when you're feeling sad.  It's very important.
