ashberry ave: one year!!

It's been a few days since I've posted.  Since then Rachel had a fun, almost all-day, play date with her friend, Maddy.  I am still not sure how they packed so much fun and so many activities in one day!  When Rachel told me about her day she just kept going on and on.  Thanks, Lesa, for having her.

We were at my sister's yesterday to celebrate Abby and Ryan's birthdays.  So much fun as always!!!  We love hanging out with them, the kids play so well together - just didn't want to leave.  Here are a couple pictures of the birthday kids... so cute and grown up looking!!!

one-year anniversary: ashberry avenue
It's hard to believe on Friday it was the one-year anniversary of us being in our house.  It was such a difficult and frustrating time to have our house on the market.  Marathon cleaning for open houses, hearing just a couple people went through and no big interest, more comparable homes being put on the market, price drops... just difficult.  I am just so happy it's done and just love where we are.  This place really feels like home!  It feels like we've been here for years already... which I think is a good thing.

Looking forward to making so many more memories here...
