Super Tiger the Play
by: Rachel and Eli : )
This is how Rachel and Eli kept busy for part of today. They love doing stuff like this - I just love their imagination!
Our little mermaid - yes, I agree... kind of cute and kind of disturbing. But, I had to share. ; )
This afternoon we went to the Zimmermans' to hang out and have supper. It was another great time - full of many laughs! The kids are just such great entertainment! Didn't bring the camera this time... darn.
Some big news to share with Nate...
First, he finally went more than three hours between feedings at night!! It only took three months and a good nights sleep in his car seat. We got home from my parents' on Saturday around 8pm. He fell asleep in the car, so we just left him in there to sleep when we got home thinking he'd be up around 9pm to eat. Well, it was just before 10pm and I was ready for bed. I told Mike I should just get him up and feed him before I went to bed. Mike suggested just leaving him in his car seat and wait to feed him until he got up. Well, we did that and he didn't get up until almost 4am!!!! Wow!! Felt so good to get that long stretch of sleep... it's been awhile ~ actually, a long while! ; )
Second, he laughed for the first time tonight! I was changing him and all of a sudden when I touched his arms he laughed. I did it again and he laughed again - both great laughs! We got the camera and of course the laughs weren't as good, but we did capture some laughs. The video is long... most of the laughing is at the beginning, so you don't have to watch the entire thing. I'm so excited to hear more of his laughs!!!
A mellow week this week... so, I hope to get a second coat of paint on Eli's room and also get some good cleaning done! Wish me luck!! : )
Keep smiling!
