Kate had some friends over last weekend and Eli was home and bored. Kate had a sign she made that said "no boys"... it was just hand written. Eli decided to make her a new sign for her door. Hilarious to me that he made a sign with his own face crossed out!
[Nate found a big chocolate Santa from Christmas and asked to have some. I said "sure, but don't eat it all." I got busy with something else and then found THIS wrapper in the garbage. Surprisingly, he never complained of a stomach-ache!]
[Coloring on Sunday at Eli's basketball... pretty typical weekend activity.]
[I was in the grocery store when these notifications popped up. I nearly fell on the floor laughing! Best part, Mike was home.]
[Someone is ready for baseball to start!]
[Kids have gotten to dress fun ways this week for Dr. Seuss week. This was a picture I took on crazy sock day. Lots of attitude in this, so had to share.]
Mary took some pictures at Rachel's last Theisen game and I wanted to include a few of Rachel's favorites. I've been good at printing out my blog books, but not so much other pictures. So, thought I should include here, so we at least have them somewhere. Thanks, Mary, these are great! I need to figure out how to change the settings on my good camera, so I can get decent pictures in the gym. I started trying at one point last year and then kind of gave up. Whoops.
Nate has been talking a lot about "How-To" writing. He's really enjoyed this lesson and was sad when it was done. He brought home all seven "How-To" books he did. Five were about how to play football and two were about how to play baseball. They were each unique and had some great pages. This is a copy of my favorite book he did.
Finally put a couple decals on the car that I've been wanting to do for awhile...
[This is "faith" in my dad's writing. Love.]
Yesterday was a BEAUTIFUL day... and kids didn't have anything after school!!! So, they played outside until the sun went down and it got cooler. Cannot wait to be outside more often!!!
[Rachel brought out my good camera to take some pictures... so, of course, I got a picture of her taking pictures. Ha!]
Here are some of the pictures Rachel took. Love them and love that she enjoys taking pictures as much as I do!
[Nate's jump shot]
Lastly, Nate made this "fort" this morning right before it was time to leave. He asked me not to move it. It's so hard for me not to put the pillows and blanket where they belong, but... I'll leave it. ❤
Keep smiling!
