Community Night, Baseball, Poetry, Lambeau

One of the most fun events for jump rope was a couple weeks ago... Community Night.  This is a night where the team offers an opportunity for the community to come see what they're all about.  As usual, they did amazing!  So fun to watch!

Thank you to everyone who came out to support the girls... especially all our family that was there! The support my kids have from family in all they do is really amazing.  So blessed.

[These two have been amazing role-models for Rachel and I appreciate them so much for that!!]

[Love that Mike handed Rachel her picture right before I took this... would have been a great one without Rachel displaying a picture of herself!  Ha!!]

Eli had his first baseball tournament of the season at Kimberly.  First day, VERY cold... second day, much better.  Rachel got some great shots.  Sharing just a few.

Nate asked me the other day if he could do the "OP thing" they did in school.  I was wracking my brain trying to think of what he was talking about and then it came to me.  They've been doing poetry in school.  Asked him if that's what he meant and he said yes with excitement.  Told him he could take his notebook outside and do poetry... that's totally okay.  He was so excited.  No idea where this kid came from.  He's changed SO MUCH this year... love watching him learn and be so excited about it.

[Nate showing dad what he wrote... and very proud about it.]

Mike came in and said "What is going on out there?  Rachel is taking pictures and Nate is writing poetry?!"  Too funny.

[Daisy looking HUGE!!  She's pushing 30 pounds already!]

[Can't remember the occasion... think it was just that we had some time to kill and ice cream seemed better than sitting in the car.]

[Got to go to Lambeau Field with Eli's class last week and love that my sister was there, too!]

Keep smiling!
