On Friday, his actual birthday, we went to Backyard for supper [Nate's choice ;)] and then went to the boys' Fondy basketball game. The roads were so, so slippery! Both places were fun.
Then today was his birthday party. We had a great turnout! It's always fun to have our family and friends over to help celebrate birthdays. I often think that maybe we should tone down the parties and invite less people, but it's just so much fun to have everyone over. Probably won't happen for awhile yet. The kids love playing with their cousins and our friends' kids, too. I think we had 12 kids here under the age of 10… a crazy kind of fun!
He got so many nice gifts… thank you to everyone!
Thanks to my dad and Mary for taking pictures today. I didn't even get my camera out!
