Here are some pictures from her birthday.
I've been putting streamers up in the kids' bedrooms for their birthday for a couple years now. They get very excited for it! Here is Rachel walking through her streamers. They are still having fun walking through her doorway!
I took a picture of Rachel before she left for school yesterday morning. She was very excited for her big day at school, too. She took cookies for a birthday treat and got a special hat to wear there, too. Very fun!
Her birthday was special for another reason, too ~ she lost her fifth tooth!!
It was very loose and we thought it'd probably come out at school. She was so excited to show me when she got home. So, the tooth fairy came again. She's had to stop here a lot lately! We almost thought she forgot last night, but after a lot of looking we found the dollar in the tooth bag that we thought we lost. Rachel came to me when she woke up all upset that the tooth fairy didn't come. I ensured her the tooth fairy probably came, but maybe the money fell beside her bed or something. After they went down for breakfast we went in her room again and looked and the dollar was found. ; )
Rachel and Kate were sitting together for a bit yesterday afternoon, so I snapped a few pictures of them. They were having fun!

We let the kids decide where we go to eat for their birthday and Rachel picked Pizza Ranch. Haven't been there in a really long time. Eli had basketball until 6:30pm, so it was a late supper. But, the kids did well. Very fun times! Here is a picture of the kids minus Nate. We don't think Nate really liked Pizza Ranch... he wanted to be held and bounced the entire time.
Happy 7th Birthday Rachel... we love you!!
Her party is tomorrow, so she's looking forward to that... and so are we. Always love a reason to get family and friends together!
