Mike was on the phone for work and said there was a dog across the street. I decided to go out and check it out. It was a cute little dog without a color and it seemed blind and partially deaf, too. Sad. It let me pet it without getting defensive, but I was still too scared to pick it up. We got a big yard bin and guided it in there. I brought it home and called a neighbor that I thought might be able to help me find the owner. I know there are many little dogs in the neighborhood, but I just couldn't place it. She didn't answer. I tried another gentleman down the road. I asked if he had a dog and he said no, but he was watching the neighbors dog. I said I found a small dog that seemed blind. He said... how did that dog [he was watching] get out?! He said he'd be right over to get it. I told him I had it in the car and I could drive it down. As I backed out I saw him driving to the house where the dog was he was watching. Before I got there two other neighbors started walking down that road... as to be looking for something. I slowed down and opened my window. They started saying "Have you seen a..." and I stopped them and told them I had their dog in the back of my car. They were so thankful! The dog was super nice and I felt terrible that I was afraid to pick it up. Better to be safe than sorry though. I explained that I was headed down to the other neighbor's, because he thought I had the dog he was watching for his neighbor. Went down there and he was there with the neighbor's dog... that had not gotten out! Wow, that was confusing! Just thankful Mike noticed the dog while he was on the phone... I have a feeling the dog would have gotten into trouble had he not. It had bad cataracts and wasn't able to get around very well... and it was walking on a partially frozen creek when I went to get her.
Then this afternoon we headed to the Bucks game with the 3rd and 4th grade boys basketball teams and their families! It was over 150 people... so awesome!!!!
The boys got to have their picture taken on the court before the game... so neat!!!
We also got to sit close to the court before the crowds came in for the game. It was pretty neat!

And, the Bucks played great and won! So much entertainment during the game, too. It was throwback 90's night and sponsored by Nickelodeon. Pretty cool! And, Warren G played at center court between the 1st and 2nd quarter... and again between the 3rd and 4th quarter. Was cool!
