I won't waste my typing on this, but will just mention... it's very difficult to take a very antsy one-year-old to church! Thanks Mary for trying to help with Nate. He was pretty much uncontrollable. He was very loud, too... it was nice out so all the doors were open at the back of church. Couldn't even go outside to try to prevent him from being a distraction. You know it's bad when the little girl in front of you whispers to her mom... "mom, they're bothering me." I was embarrassed to say the least.
But, I had to compose myself and my emotions and focus on what Rachel was doing... it was so special and she did such a great job.
Here are pictures from her special day. Thanks mom and dad and Mary for taking pictures. It is much appreciated. : )
[Rachel reading her card from us before going to mass]
[and, opening her cross earrings from us]

[Rachel wore Abby's first communion dress... thanks Sheri. Absolutely love that dress! : )]
[our family looking pretty much under control...]
[and chaos! Rachel is like "yup, this is my family..."]

[our Rachel... love her!]
Keep smiling!
