costume, grocery bags, snow and potty-training

Just a few things from the past week-ish…

Rachel had a friend over recently and they were playing dress up with old costumes we have in a bin.  They came down like this.  It cracks me up that Rachel has that baseball player costume on.  Eli wore that years ago!!

[Kate also cracks me up here!]

[Rachel, Eli, Ryan and Abby… cute!]

We recently had our first decent amount of snow… it was enough for there kids to shovel and they had so much fun!  We have a bit more snow now, but it's been so cold they haven't been able to play out in it.  Guess it's only mid-December, so plenty of time to play in the snow.

I had to share this.  I went to the store yesterday and bought many groceries and a few other random things… thank you cards and toothpaste.  This is how they bagged my things.  Everything piled in two huge bags.  I thought it was very odd.

[Blurry, but you can see all the stuff in the bags… cans of veggies, bread, ice cream, crackers… yup, all together in these two bags.  I was busy trying to occupy Kate and Nate and didn't even realize this was happening until she loaded both into my cart!]

Thought this was a cute picture of Kate taking a picture of her friend, Evie. :)

And, some kind of big news… we are making some significant progress with potty-training for Kate!  Wahoo!!!

Keep smiling!
